Return & Exchange Policy


Return:

We strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers. You may return products within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. Products returned following the guidelines and approved by our customer service department will receive a refund to the payment method used on the original order (subject to 15% restocking fee) and excludes shipping & handling fees.
Due to sanitary health concerns, we regret that we are unable to accept returns of USED / OPENED personal care items such as hair brushes, tooth brushes, combs, lash curlers, shaving brushes & razors, tweezers, scissors, hair extensions, wigs, hairpieces, etc. If item is in NEW / UNOPENED in their original packaging we will gladly accept the return within 30 days of the ship date. (15% restocking fee may apply on certain item)

Exchange:

If you have purchased an item by mistake or changed your mind we can accommodate an exchange. You may exchange products within 30 days of the ship date. Products exchanged must be approved by our customer service department and follow the guidelines provided, additional shipping & handling fees may apply. Please contact customer service to process your exchange.

Hair Extensions, Wigs and Hairpieces may only be exchanged once per item. All exchanges are final. For your exchange, if you wish to exchange the same item for a different color the restocking fee will be waived if the item is available. Additional shipping and handling fee may apply. The exchange item(s) must be equal or higher amount. If the exchange item(s) costs more, we will contact you to obtain the payment for the additional amount. If the exchange item is lower amount, the remaining balance will be converted as a store credit towards your next purchase. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, and a refund is requested instead, the restocking fee will be applied. Please allow up to two weeks for the exchange order to be processed.

Return Merchandise Authorization Process

Please read and follow the instructions below to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning the item(s).
Please email your RMA Request to info@BestBeautySupply.com.
Your request must include:

  • Order Number
  • Name of Buyer
  • Item(s) you would like to return
  • Reason for return

Our customer service representative will reply with an authorization and guidelines to insure a smooth return process.

Failure to enter information correctly may delay the processing of your return. Once received, it may take up to 10 business days to process your return. You will be notified via e-mail once your return has been processed. If you have any questions about your return, please contact our customer service department at info@BestBeautySupply.com.
Any free and/or promotional goods and services extended at the time of sale, must also be returned with an authorized return. The cost of free shipping originally waved, will be charged in the event of any returns.

Refused Shipments

Any refused shipments or shipments that are non-deliverable for any reason other than Best Beauty Supply's error will be charged a return shipping and 10% re-stocking charge.

Please note that Express shipping excludes orders that contain hazardous materials, backordered items or orders that are placed on hold for customer credit protection.
Rates apply to all continental US addresses including P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Our warehouse ships out orders Monday through Friday, excluding all US postal holidays.
US Ground shipping costs are based on package weight up to 3 pounds. If your order weighs more than 3 pounds or is oversized, it may be subject to extra shipping fees. These fees will display in your shopping cart before you check out.
FREE SHIPPING applies only to orders shipped to destinations within the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

Shipping Restrictions

Some hair and beauty products (like aerosol hair sprays, fragrances, acetone, etc.) contain materials that the US Department of Transportation (DOT) classified as "Hazardous Materials". Products containing hazardous materials must ship Ground transport, which means we cannot provide Express shipping.
If the item is classified as "Hazardous Material", we'll display a note indicating this during checkout.
If your order contains both HAZMAT items and non-HAZMAT products and you select Express shipping, the items may ship separately.

Shipping Schedule

All orders received by 10 a.m. PST Monday-Friday will begin processing the same day; orders received after 10 a.m. PST will be processed the following business day. (A confirmation email will be sent when your order has shipped.) Delivery estimates are based on orders received before 10 a.m. PST, Monday through Friday.

International Shipping

Canadian and international customers may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, and customs. Customs clearance may add to the transit time. Please contact your local Customs office for full details.
